Behold the mighty Beatle Room! It only took about 5 months to complete...sheesh.
I wasn't sure what catagory to put this under...traditional? Because of the walls being painted? But i figured that other things (the furnishing, the memorabilia, etc) add to the feel of the room as well...

The colors are those that the Beatles wore on the cover of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
John = Green
Paul = Blue
George = Orange
Ringo = Pink
The inspiration for this room is actually pictured here - the big poster of the beatles!
Lines and squared are a big concept. The shelves are all boxes - the book shelf, the shelves on the wall...the drawers (i dunno ifyou can see those.)
This is also the room where all of my Beatles stuff goes. It's not all in there yet, but a lot of it is. Lunch Boxes, Pens, books, posters, and as you can see...a big...quilt?
The quilt is actually something that came from the mind of ~LadyFoxtails that i made and we took to Abbey Road on the River with us this year. AROTR is a beatles fest that last three days with an extra preview day, where a lot of beatles tribute bands come and perform. We had some of the best here in Louisville - 1964: The Tribute, The Backwards, Stockwood, Mark Staycer, British Export, Mario DaSilva and even some local bands like Nervous Melvin. We got all the bands to sign the quilt and even made it into the news paper! It was pretty exciting.
